Wasn’t That a Time: His book is a worthy one in my collection. Trivia About Led Zeppelin: Even fans who have read most of the other biographies will pick up many new details here.

Learned a few things and solidified my knowledge of the Zep timeline. Sad to hear of this.

Obviously the average fan is not going to agree with everything he has to say about snadwick band – and some of his writing conflicts with other traditionally-held notions, or skips over them entirely – but it is intelligently written.

Shdwick was very saddened to learn of his death. Hard to believe his book came out just a couple of years ago. Keith Shadwick wrote the best book on Led Zeppelin that I have read.

There are many Led Zeppelin biographies out there, some good and some downright awful, but this one by Keith Shadwick is easily the most heavily researched and journalistic. Shadwick’s book is insightful and offers a great deal of eloquence as he talks about Zeppelin in the Keith Shadwick wrote the best book on Led Zeppelin that I have read.

After the original Ritchie Yorke book a sentimental favorite for meI have to say that Shadwick’s book about Zep is my favorite. He and I agree on Darlene though Pete Townshend Who I Am: I heartily recommend Keith Shadwick’s book.
